For any future pilot or validated deployed powered trolley, if it behaves unexpectedly, keep people clear, use the physical emergency stop where equipped and follow the approved site procedure. Do not restart an advanced operating mode until the issue has been assessed and the authorized operator confirms the next action.

Is Vahnex Trolley available now?

What models are planned?
The planned family includes Manual, Leash-Controlled, ABC — Point-to-Point, Follow-Me and custom AI Autonomous directions.
Which mobile and web platforms are planned?
Android, iOS and web experiences are planned across supported configurations. Final platform and feature availability will be confirmed for each model.
How are connected models planned to reach the cloud?
Leash-Controlled is planned to use Bluetooth through the mobile app. ABC, Follow-Me and AI Autonomous are planned to prefer Wi-Fi, then SIM or cellular, with Bluetooth through mobile as a fallback. Final connection paths remain subject to validation.
What happens if the Follow-Me tag signal is lost?
The planned behaviour is to slow and stop when the authorized UWB tag signal becomes unreliable or is lost. Reconnection alone does not restart movement; the worker must explicitly confirm before following resumes.
Can any model be used on public roads?
No. Every model and operating mode is intended only for approved use on private property and in controlled environments.
