Vahnex Trolley · In development

One family.
Five ways to move.

A planned mobility path for material movement—from direct worker control to custom autonomy engineered around a defined operation.

For approved private property and controlled environments—not public roads.

The complete family

Start with the movement the operation needs.

Each planned direction is being designed around the worker, the site and an appropriate level of assistance. No model is currently offered for sale or deployment; specifications and availability will be confirmed only after engineering validation.

02Motor assisted

Vahnex Trolley Leash-Controlled

Assistance that responds to the worker.

A force-sensing electronic leash is planned to translate a worker's pull into motor assistance at walking speed. The proposed behaviour is to slow as pulling force reduces and stop when the leash is released; final behaviour remains subject to validation.

03Approved routes

Vahnex Trolley ABC · Point-to-Point

Choose an approved destination.

The planned workflow would allow administrators to create and approve named destinations within a mapped operating area, with authorized workers selecting from destinations made available to them.

04Worker following

Vahnex Trolley Follow-Me

Paired to one authorized worker.

A dedicated UWB Follow Tag is planned to identify and range to the authorized worker while LiDAR supports environmental perception in the approved operating area.

05Custom engineered

Vahnex Trolley AI Autonomous

Autonomy shaped around the operation.

A custom-engineered mobility system is planned to be assessed for a defined industrial use case, approved site, workflow, payload, integration scope, connectivity plan and supervision model.

Operational visibility

Movement and its operational record, together.

Supported configurations are planned to bring live status, historical reports and alerts to iOS, Android and web experiences. Final metric availability will be confirmed for each model.

Connected through the available path

Designed to keep pending information moving.

Planned asynchronous communication allows supported trolley, mobile and cloud stages to retain pending information until the next stage acknowledges receipt.

Direct path with fallback

  1. 01Wi-Fi direct to cloud
  2. 02SIM/cellular direct to cloud
  3. 03Bluetooth through mobile

Live cloud visibility depends on the active connection path. Final latency, retry, retention and delivery behaviour will be published only after validation.

Responsible development

Fallback is part of the operating concept.

Advanced operating modes are being designed with a practical path back to direct worker control. The final response of every safeguard and transition remains subject to engineering and site validation.
