These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vahnex.com and its public pages (the “Website”).
Vahnex is a product brand of Gayatri Hyndavi Mallareddy, sole proprietor trading as Sri Cloud Solutions (“Sri Cloud Solutions”, “Vahnex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Sri Cloud Solutions operates the Website and handles Vahnex product and support enquiries.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Website purpose
The Website provides preliminary information about Vahnex, the planned Vahnex Trolley product family, product directions, support channels, and ways to register interest.
The Website does not currently sell products or accept orders; display final prices, binding specifications, or delivery commitments; provide an account, operational dashboard, or paid service; authorise product use; or replace an assessment, quotation, contract, manual, training, commissioning process, or site-specific safety procedure.
3. Product-development status
Vahnex products are in development. Descriptions of models, platforms, connectivity, sensors, navigation, fallback modes, monitoring, support, availability, and other capabilities are preliminary and may change.
Final specifications, performance, dimensions, load limits, speed, range, runtime, battery, braking, stopping distance, safety functions, standards, certifications, availability, pricing, service levels, warranties, and delivery terms apply only when expressly confirmed in an authorised final document or signed agreement.
Nothing on the Website promises that a described product or capability will be released, will suit a particular environment, or will be available by a particular date.
4. Operating boundary
Every Vahnex Trolley model and operating mode described on the Website is intended only for assessment and approved use on private property and in controlled environments. No model or operating mode is presented for public-road use.
Website content is not an instruction to operate equipment. A product may be used only after the applicable configuration, site, route, payload, controls, safeguards, personnel, procedures, and operating limits have been assessed, approved, and documented.
5. Registering interest and contacting us
Submitting or sending an enquiry does not place an order; create a customer, reseller, partnership, agency, or employment relationship; reserve a product, price, territory, or delivery date; oblige either party to proceed; or create confidentiality obligations unless a separate written agreement applies.
The register-interest page prepares an email in your email application for you to review and send. You are responsible for checking its recipient, content, and attachments.

You may use the Website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not:

The Vahnex and Sri Cloud Solutions names and marks are claimed only to the extent protected by applicable law; no registration is implied unless expressly stated. Third-party and open-source material remains owned by its rightsholders and subject to applicable terms.
We grant you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the Website for its intended purpose. These Terms grant no ownership, product, software, manufacturing, distribution, trademark, or other intellectual-property licence.
You may link to a public Website page fairly and lawfully without implying endorsement. We may ask you to remove a misleading, unlawful, or harmful link.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that it is not confidential. Subject to non-excludable rights and mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, courts of competent jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction. This does not prevent a person from using a forum that applicable law does not permit these Terms to exclude.
16. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer rights arising specifically under these Terms without our written approval.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire understanding concerning use of this public Website but do not replace or modify a separate signed agreement. The English version governs if a translation is provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
